Newcastle have been linked with a move for West Brom defender Craig Dawson, but fans are in two minds about the move.
Dawson, 28, has been one of the shining lights in an otherwise dismal season for West Brom, as they dropped out of the top flight.
Predominantly a right-back, Dwason has been deployed in the centre-back position in the past few games and has done brilliantly, helping to keep three clean sheets in a run of five games unbeaten.
That's been enough to put him on Benitez's wanted list according to a well connected source at the club.
However, the majority of Newcastle fans don't see Dawson as possessing the sort of quality they need to push on from their mid-table finish this season.
