Chelsea goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen has admitted their 5-0 FA Cup win over Morecambe was "not my best game."

The 22-year-old played the full 90 minutes as Chelsea secured a comprehensive victory in the FA Cup third round against the League Two side.

Jorgensen had a nervy moment in the early stages of the game, failing to catch a tame shot from Morecambe winger Ben Tollitt.

Christopher Nkunku was gifted the perfect opportunity to open the scoring from the penalty spot but was denied by Harry Burgoyne.

Chelsea eventually grew into the game, with Tosin Adarabioyo bagging a rare goal to make it 1-0, thanks to a heavy deflection from an opposition defender.

The floodgates well and truly opened in the second half, first Nkunku made up for his penalty miss to double Chelsea's lead in the 50th minute.

Adarabioyo then secured his brace in the 70th minute to kick-start a seven-minute barrage of goals that saw Joao Felix round off the scoring in the 75th and then the 77th minutes.

The Danish shot-stopper had little to do throughout most of the game and his underlying numbers were good, ending the game having made three saves, a 94 per cent pass accuracy rate, and eight recoveries.

Clearly wanting to do more for Chelsea, Jorgensen took to Instagram to say: "Not my best game, but happy with the clean sheet and the win. We keep going."

Jorgensen has failed to establish himself since joining in the summer, starting all 13 of his games across all competitions, conceding 12 goals, and keeping five clean sheets.

Chelsea's attention will return to the Premier League on Tuesday (January 13) as they seen to end a four-game winless streak.
