Man City fans are convinced that Kevin De Bruyne is leaving the Etihad Stadium at the end of the season after his latest comments on his contract situation.
During the Feyenoord pre-match press conference with the media the midfielder admitted his future at the club is more up in the air than ever before after negotiations over an extension collapsed.
He went on to say, “talks will come, if no talks come it will be my last year.”
De Bruyne confirmed he had been in contract talks with the defending Premier League champions but they ended up being put on hold due to being injured.
The 33-year-old’s deal at Man City expires at the end of this season, and he could begin to negotiate and sign a pre-contract agreement with foreign clubs in January.
