Leeds drew 2-2 with Reading on Saturday and defender Pontus Jansson has come out and said he is "ashamed" of the Leeds results after a run of just one win in 14 games.

Talking after the clash at the Madejski Stadium, as quoted by the Yorkshire Evening Post, Jansson said, "At the moment I feel ashamed.

"In 2018 we have one win and I’m born to be a winner and win games. That’s what I live for, that’s why I play football – because I want to win games. We’ve got one win in 2018 so I feel bad.

"Now it’s up to everyone to show balls and to prove if they want to stay in Leeds. They have to show it now on the pitch."

It's typical fighting talk from Jansson and, in the past, Leeds fans have fully supported their talisman.

But this time they're not happy.

The general consensus from fans is that they've heard it all before and that it's too late.

One fan said that even Jansson is not performing at the moment and that actions speak louder than words.

If he reads the replies on Twitter he'll quickly get the message that Leeds fans want to see their players do it on the pitch, and not talk about things off it when it goes wrong.
