Liverpool fans suffered a painful 2-1 defeat to bitter rivals Man United in the Premier League at Old Trafford on Saturday, and fans couldn't believe how badly Dejan Lovren played.

He looked completely lost in central defence again but played the full 90 minutes at Old Trafford.

Man United went 2-0 up in the first half before Eric Bailly fired past his own goalkeeper to bring Liverpool back into the game.

However, they couldn't find an equaliser and it leaves them a full five points behind Man United now and fighting for third.

They can be leapfrogged by Tottenham if the north London club beat Bournemouth away.

Meanwhile, Liverpool fans were left to make the short trip back home and they spent their time moaning about their central defender.
