Nottingham Forest boss Mark Warburton has delivered an exciting transfer update just days after recruiting Leeds United midfielder Liam Bridcutt.

The Forest boss has had a busy summer of transfer arrivals and made Bridcutt the club's seventh signing after Jason Cummings, Barrie McKay, Andreas Bouchalakis, Daryl Murphy, Tendayi Darikwa and Kieran Dowell arrived at the City Ground earlier in the window.

Warburton doesn't show any signs of stopping so far as he has recently revealed that he hopes to add two more signings before deadline day next week.

"We are close to one or two more, it is about getting the squad right; about getting the quality and the depth that you need," said Warburton, as quoted by the Nottingham Post.

The Nottingham Post has suggested that one of the potential signings could be Brondby goalkeeper Federick Ronnow, as the club have reportedly already submitted two bids for the stopper.

Forest look ahead to their Championship match against Bridcutt's former side Leeds United at the City Ground, where the club will be hoping to continue their unbeaten run.
