Nottingham fans tear into Nikola Milenkovic after what he did vs Southampton

Nottingham Forest fans were unimpressed by Nikola Milenkovic after he missed a glorious chance to score against Southampton.

Nuno Espirito Santo’s men were able to defeat Southamtpon 1-0 in their second Premier League game of the season at St. Mary’s Stadium.

Nottingham had numerous opportunities to score more goals throughout the game, with Milenkovic having a glorious chance.

Even though the defender isn’t known for his goalscoring abilities, the 26-year-old had a seemingly unmissable tap-in opportunity in the first half.

The central defender was making his competitive debut for Nottingham and earned a clean sheet.

However, there was an opportunity for more, which would have created the perfect first game in the Premier League for him.

Nottingham’s secured their first win of the season with the result and continued their undefeated start after will the club drew their opening day encounter against Bournemouth.

However, fans were left questioning how Milenkovic ended up missing his opportunity, which many felt was harder to miss.
