Rangers fans are worried after defender Leon Balogun had to be brought off following an awkward fall in their 6-0 battering of Ross County on Saturday.

Philippe Clement's side secured a crucial Scottish Premier League victory over Ross County with braces from Cyriel Dessers and Rabbi Matondo, along with goals from Tom Lawrence and Danilo.

The 36-year-old centre-back was forced off just before half-time after a nasty-looking fall during an attacking corner.

The extent of the injury is as of yet unclear but with Ben Davies also set to leave the club, Rangers could be lacking options in the heart of defence.

Leon Balogun could be set for lengthy stay on Rangers sidelines

The veteran defender re-signed for the Glasgow club in July 2023 and has since made 23 appearances, 19 of which were starts.

Rangers fans took to social media to express their worry and frustrations for the Nigeria international.
