Rangers announced a new two-and-a-half year deal for attacker Daniel Candeias on Wednesday and fans are delighted.
Candeias has enjoyed a great first season at Ibrox and crowned his season with a goal in the 3-2 defeat against bitter rivals Celtic on Sunday.
After he scored he ran to the Rangers fans grabbing the badge and they loved his show of passion.
Now he's been rewarded with a new deal that will see him stay at Ibrox until 2020.
The news was announced on the official Rangers Twitter page on Wednesday afternoon.
A number of fans congratulated Rangers on a great bit of business, while one said that he was 100% behind the manager and what he's been doing.
Another fan said that he was a gem who "plays his heart out", while another said that he was Rangers' most consistent performer this season.
