Rangers fans have slaughtered John Lundtsram following his red card in their Old Firm defeat against Celtic on Saturday (11 May).

The Gers midfielder was initially handed a yellow card by referee Willie Collum for a forceful challenge on Hoops defender Alistair Johnston just before half-time.

Lundstram was then sent off moments later after the official deemed it was serious foul play from the 30-year-old following a VAR check.

It was an utterly miserable day for the Englishman after he put through his own net on 38 minutes as Celtic went 2-0 up in the game.

The Light Blues battled with 10 men throughout the second half, but their efforts weren't enough as Brendan Rodgers's side claimed a 2-1 victory at Celtic Park.
