Samuel Iling-Junior's personal coach drops 'big' claim after Tottenham source's reveal
Tottenham-linked Juventus star Samuel Iling-Junior has the potential to thrive in the Premier League.
Speaking on the latest edition of Football Insider's Inside Track podcast, Saul Isaksson-Hurst, a long-standing former Chelsea, Spurs and Arsenal coach of 18 years and who now runs his own business coaching Premier League stars, hailed the left-sided attacker's "great mentality" and modesty.
Iling-Junior, 20, moved to the Serie A giants' academy from Chelsea in 2020 and has since been earning regular senior game time having made 20 appearances in all competitions this season.
Well-placed sources have told Football Insider (27 March) that Tottenham, West Ham, Brighton and Everton are plotting moves for the England under-21 star this summer.
Tottenham-linked Iling-Junior can thrive in Premier League
Isaksson-Hurst, who currently individually coaches Iling-Junior, was adamant that he has the needed work ethic and determination to make it to the top and shine in England.
"I think he does [have the ability to play in the Premier League at a big club]," he told the Inside Track podcast.
"If you're playing for Juventus, one of the biggest clubs in Europe, fairly regularly now, I think you're not a million miles away.
"He's a top player and he has got a great mentality.
"He's a great young man and he wants to work hard, do extra work and be successful.
"He's a modest young man - not one to go out partying and stuff like that.
"He wants to keep his head down and wants to work really hard - he's definitely there."
