Matt Le Tissier has picked Bournemouth new boy Jordan Ibe in his Premier League Fantasy Football XI.

The Sky Sports pundit has named the Cherries midfielder as part of a three-man midfield alongside two new Premier League arrivals in the shape of Southampton's Pierre-Emile Højbjerg and Manchester United's Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

The young Englishman is available at a fairly reasonable price of £8.1million in the game with Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne the most expensive midfield option at £11.8million.

Le Tissier explained to the Sky Sports website why he picked the former Liverpool man, who joined Bournemouth for £15million last month, as one of his players from all the talent in the Premier League.

“I'm assuming he'll go straight into the Bournemouth side given the amount of money they've spent on him and hopefully he'll reward the faith shown in him by Eddie Howe and myself,” explained the Southampton legend.

The 20-year-old made 58 appearances for the Merseyside club before his move to the south coast, managing just the four goals in his time.

Ibe has also represented England's Under 21 side four times, but is yet to find the back of the net.

Le Tissier's Fantasy XI: David De Gea, Cedric Soares, Virgil van Dijk, Ashley Williams, Calum Chambers, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Jordan Ibe, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Romelu Lukaku, Sergio Aguero, Shane Long.
