Crystal Palace have been left in limbo as they wait for clarification on where Wilfried Zaha's future lies, sources have told Football Insider.

The 30-year-old is yet to signal his intentions to the Selhurst Park club as his contract enters its final months.

Crystal Palace want to keep Zaha until the end of his career but the winger is yet to commit to a new deal - and looks set to become a free agent in June.

Zaha currently earns a reported £130,000-a-week - making him the highest-paid player on the Eagles' books.

It is believed that Palace are reluctant to increase his basic wage, but could be willing to offer a longer contract than any potential suitors.

However, it is believed that he remains on the summer shortlists and interest could be revived if they fail to land their top targets.

In turn, Palace have drawn up a list of potential replacements for the Ivory Coast international - but are unable to act until they learn where Zaha's future lies.

The former Man United winger has made no secret of his desire to play in the Champions League in recent years.

Though Palace have never been in any real relegation trouble, the Eagles have recorded just one top-half finish since their return to the Premier League almost 10 years ago.

Zaha has scored six goals in 20 starts across all competitions this season – but is currently sidelined with a hamstring injury.

He has racked up 67 goals in almost 300 career Premier League outings.
