Ian Poveda is one of four Leeds United players set to leave by the transfer window cut-off, Football Insider has learned.

This site broke the news today (August 18th) that Niall Huggins is in advanced talks to join Sunderland on a permanent deal.

A Leeds source has told Football Insider that the club plan to offload two other young talents, Robbie Gotts and Bryce Hosannah, as well as the more senior Poveda.

Gotts, Huggins and Hosannah, who all came through Leeds' youth academy, could all leave on permanent deals by the 31 August cut-off.

He has made three senior appearances, the last of which came in the League Cup defeat to Hull last September.

Hosannah, 22, is also likely to leave after failing to make the step up at Elland Road.

The right-back has found himself usurped by 19-year-old Cody Drameh at under-23s level.

Meanwhile, Huggins, 20, is set to join Sunderland for what is expected to be a six-figure fee.

He only signed a new contract running until 2023 back in December.

However, Leeds decided to listen to offers for the homegrown talent this summer.

He is set to depart for the north east after making just one senior appearance.
