West Ham, Southampton and Brentford are plotting moves for Fenerbahce ace Bright Osayi-Samuel, Football Insider understands.

The 24-year-old has impressed for Fenerbahce this season after being converted from a winger to an attack-minded right-back.

An industry source has told Football Insider that West Ham, Southampton and Brentford are all admirers of Osayi-Samuel and highly regard his versatility and blistering pace as they look to strengthen their squads.

West Ham

The Premier League trio have all registered their interest in a potential summer deal.

Osayi-Samuel, who joined Fenerbahce from QPR in January 2021, has netted three goals and provided six assists in 61 appearances for his current club.

He has proven his versatility with the Turkish giants, playing in a multitude of positions on both flanks.

The Nigerian star has played predominantly down the right-hand side but has also featured in attacking positions on the left.

Despite dropping into a deeper role for Fenerbahce, Osayi-Samuel has still been an attacking threat this season.

He has contributed five assists and scored twice in 42 appearances across all competitions.

Osayi-Samuel started his career at Blackpool, having emigrated to London as a youngster.

He made 79 appearances after breaking through the Tangerines' youth system before joining QPR in 2017.

Playing mainly as a winger, he played 115 times for the Hoops, scoring 13 goals and contributing 13 assists.

With his contract at Loftus Road expiring, Osayi-Samuel agreed a pre-contract deal to join Fenerbahce in the summer of 2021.

However, the two clubs ended up agreeing a transfer fee and the move was brought forward so he headed overseas in January 2021 instead.
