Man United fans enjoyed their FA Cup semi-final at Wembley as they progressed through to, erm, Wembley, by beating Tottenham 2-1.

Goals from Alexis Sanchez and Ander Herrera were enough to come back after a Dele Alli opener.

However, United fans weren't full of praise for all of their players.

Chris Smalling, in particular, came in for some savage criticism from United fans as they watched him defend through their hands at times.

To be fair, his centre-back partner Phil Jones came in for some abuse too, but it was Smalling's name that kept cropping up time and time again.

One fan responded to a clip of Jose Mourinho losing it on the touchline with a witty, "The horror of watching Jones & Smalling trying to defend".

Another said that Smalling isn't good enough for United and should be shipped out ASAP, with another echoing his sentiment saying he was a "mid-table defender at best".
