Harry Kane's brace against Bournemouth took him to 21 goals in the Premier League - and it seems football fans have finally accepted he is not a one-hit wonder.

The striker, 22, has now equalled his league goal tally from last season and is the first player in England's top division to reach 20 strikes this season.

Kane has also joined just four other Englishmen to manage 20 goals in successive seasons in the top flight and it is not just Tottenham fans who are singing his praises on Twitter.

Kane has certainly put to bed some of his doubters this season, but there are still some skeptics out there.

But it seems that Kane has enough followers to drown out the negativity as this reply to the above tweet demonstrates.

Kane's goals helped Tottenham to a comfortable 3-0 on Sunday and to within five points of league leaders Leicester with seven games left to play.
