Poch must get rid of 4/10 flop – Tottenham player ratings v West Ham
Tottenham Hotspur lost even more ground on Man City tonight as they could only muster a draw with West Ham in the Premier League tonight. Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino fielded a strong team in this rescheduled fixture, even though many of the players had featured just two days earlier against Swansea. Coming to the end of this hectic Christmas period the tired legs showed, as Spurs struggled to break down West Ham's defence in the first half, as the teams went to the dressing rooms at 0-0. Neither keeper had much work to do, although the best chance of the half did fall to Harry Kane, who just couldn't control Aurier's tantalising cross. It was the second half that was the more entertaining of the two, as fans witnessed two wonder goals, the first by West Ham's Obiang, with a Son equaliser of similar quality. The game ended 1-1 which was probably a fair result given the resolute West Ham defence, although Spurs fans won't agree when they see their possession and shots on target stats.

Goalkeeper and defenders
Hugo Lloris - 6/10:
Unfair to judge him when he wasn't really tested, barring Obiang's insane wonder goal. Distribution was good, but was never reaching that strike.
Serge Aurier - 7/10:
Got forward really well and had some really good deliveries. If Harry Kane was one second faster he would have scored off of Aurier's cross in the first half.
Davinson Sanchez - 6/10:
Looked solid yet lethargic. Christmas period has taken it's toll on the promising Colombian.
Jan Vertonghen - 7/10:
Made some really good lunging tackles to dispossess West Ham's playmakers in the first half.
Ben Davies - 7/10:
Subbed in the 81st to make room for two strikers. Like Aurier, got forward really well but his delivery was not as good - made up for it with some coolness on the ball and presence in tackling.

Midfielders
Moussa Sissoko - 4/10:
Yet another poor performance for the Frenchman, who was subbed off for Lamela late in the second half.
Eric Dier - 5/10:
Also poor in the midfield for Spurs' and was subbed off at the same time as Sissoko for Wanyama. Seemed better than his teammate with the ball at his feet however.
Christian Eriksen - 7/10:
As always linked up really well with his attacking teammates and tested Adrian a few times with some powerful shots.
Dele Alli - 7/10:
Moved the ball well through the final third and fed Harry Kane really well, had half of a penalty shout against Adrian also in the second half.
Heung Min Son – 8/10:
Looked dangerous throughout and scored an absolute beauty to earn Spurs' a point after going 1-0 down.

Striker and subs
H
arry Kane - 6/10:
Had too many chances to score, used his runs very well to get into space but no end product.
SUBS
Erik Lamela (74 mins for Sissoko) - 6/10:
Looked lively when he came on but had no real chances to prove his attacking quality. Definite improvement to Sissoko.
Victor Wanyama (74 mins for Dier) - 6/10:
Once again did not have the chance to make a true impact but the Kenyan is certainly a presence on the ball.
Fernando Llorente (82 mins for davies) -
