West Ham fans were less than impressed with striker Michail Antonio's performance in their Premier League draw with Crystal Palace on Saturday.

Julen Lopetegui's side earned a hard-fought 2-0 win over London rivals Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park thanks to goals from Tomas Soucek and Jarrod Bowen.

Antonio, 34, had an early chance to open the scoring but was unable to direct Jarrod Bowen's early cross goalwards in what was a massive let-off for Palace.

He was eventually substituted for new signing Niclas Fullkrug on the 63rd minute after failing to have a single shot on target.

The Hammers are still in the market for a new striker before the end of the transfer window and have been linked with a move for Roma forward Tammy Abraham.

Michail Antonio's time at West Ham may be over

The 34-year-old made 32 appearances across all competitions last term but missed a big spell mid-season with a knee injury.

West Ham fans took to social media to criticise the veteran striker after failing to impress in the game against Palace.
