Mauricio Pochettino reveals why key Tottenham player is missing v Swansea

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has confirmed that goalkeeper Hugo Lloris is missing from Spurs’ midweek clash with Swansea due to illness.
The 30-year-old has been one of the key players for the north London club this season, starring in 26 league matches whihc has seen him keep 11 clean sheets and conceding just 20.
However, Michel Vorm has been named between the sticks for Wednesday’s match at the Liberty Stadium with Pochettino sharing before the game that the France international had started to feel unwell earlier in the day.

Vorm, 33, has featured in just four Premier League matches for Tottenham this season, but he has kept an impressive three clean sheets while conceding just one goal.
He will be looking to put in another good display against his old team in Wales and Pochettino will be hoping his impressive back four, consisting of Jan Vertonghen, Toby Alderweireld, Kyle Walker and Ben Davies can help protect the 15-time capped Holland international’s goal.
