Micky Hazard critical of key Manchester United pair on Twitter

By Dominic Toner

Micky Hazard picked out Jose Mourinho and Paul Pogba after Manchester United’s crushing defeat on Sunday.

United were comprehensively beaten in the Premier League against Chelsea, with Pedro, Gary Cahill, Eden Hazard and N’Golo Kante scoring the goals.

The result means that Chelsea have risen above Tottenham in the league table and are now fourth, but the top five are separated by just a point.

United’s recent dip in form has continued and they are without a win in the league in their last three games.

Spurs legend Hazard revealed his shock on Twitter with United’s performance and mentioned pair Mourinho and Pogba.

“United wow Mourinho wow Pogba wow,” Hazard wrote on his personal Twitter account.

United remain seventh in the league table and are six points adrift of the top, with Mourinho enduring a difficult start.

The Portuguese manager took charge at Old Trafford in the summer and has been criticised several times already.

Mourinho has assembled a talented squad at United and they were expected to challenge for the title, something they look short of at this point in time.

United were hugely criticised following their goalless draw against Liverpool last weekend and Mourinho’s defensive style was at the forefront of that.

Midfielder Paul Pogba is another who has come under scrutiny since his world-record £89million move to Old Trafford.

The Frenchman has now made 12 appearances for United and scored three goals, with many people feeling he is failing to live up to his hefty price-tag.

In other Tottenham news, Hugo Lloris has identified what the club are lacking as he lays into his team-mates.
