Mills slams Newcastle after bombshell 'leak'
Danny Mills has slammed the leaks coming out from Newcastle United, insisting “that shouldn’t happen”.
The former Leeds defender, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, said he “doesn’t like” that the club’s dirty laundry has been aired in this way.
The Daily Mail exclusively revealed on Thursday (September 16th) the shocking extent of squad unrest at Newcastle.
The report includes details of a training ground bust-up between Dwight Gayle and assistant manager Graeme Jones.
Players are also reportedly unhappy with the training schedule imposed by under-pressure Magpies boss Steve Bruce.
Bruce is facing increasing calls to leave his position as manager, with fans seemingly unhappy with his brand of football and the results it has brought.

Newcastle are in the Premier League drop zone after five games, having taken just two points from a possible fifteen.
Mills slammed the person responsible for the leak, explaining that “these things happen” in football.
“I don’t like the fact that this story has come out – that shouldn’t happen,” he told Football Insider‘s Connor Whitley.
“These things happen on the training ground all the time; it is what it is.
“But when it comes out, it can start to get a little bit messy.
“There’s 30 big egos at the training ground and lots of people who think they’re better than everyone else.
“There’s always some that are too big for their boots.
“But what I don’t like is when this sort of thing gets leaked.”
Newcastle have conceded the most goals in the Premier League so far this season.
They travel to Vicarage Road to take on promoted Watford next Saturday.
