Morgan Gibbs-White 'thinking' joining Tottenham will catapult him to next level
Nottingham Forest may be forced to sell Morgan Gibbs-White if he is unhappy this summer.
That is the opinion of former senior Tottenham scout, Bryan King, speaking exclusively to Football Insider.
The 26-year-old is of interest to several clubs this summer after enjoying a brilliant season that saw him net 18 goals across all competitions.
Tottenham attempted to sign Gibbs-White last summer and came incredibly close, with another move in the coming months not off the table.
The England international remains under contract until 2028, with seemingly no progress made on a further extension since.
Nottingham Forest will not be willing to let Gibbs-White leave for cheap, however, having already secured the record £116million sale of Elliot Anderson this summer.

Gibbs-White would arguably get in most of the Premier League's biggest teams, including the champions.
The midfielder had a sensational season for Nottingham Forest and was extremely unfortunate not to make it into England's World Cup squad.
And Thomas Tuchel's decision may well impact Gibbs-White future this summer.
At some point, the 26-year-old may well believe that his only chance to make a future England squad will be to play for one of the Premier League's title-challenging teams.
"Well, you had all this fuss last year, didn't you, with him? He was going, he was staying, he was going, then the new contract came up," King told Football Insider.
"There's no point in having an unhappy footballer within your football club. But he's got to start thinking: 'How will I get back in the England reckoning. Have I got more chance playing for a London club than I have for being up here?'
"Spurs are a bigger club than Nottingham Forest at this moment in time. So, you know, they're all things to be taken into consideration."
Gibbs-White to focus 'on the summer'
When news arrived that Gibbs-White had not made the England squad, he received it directly from Tuchel over the phone.
The midfielder had not even been selected for the friendlies that had been used to test certain players, but many believed England could not afford to leave him behind.
"I have been on the wrong side of people's opinions throughout my career so I'm only going to bounce back," Gibbs-White said when asked about the decision.
"We had a good conversation. I respect him for calling me and telling the news. I agreed with what he had to say. I'm glad the season is behind us now, I'm going to concentrate on the summer."
