Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg has hired a new agent to secure him a move away from Tottenham this summer, sources have told Football Insider

Spurs have given the Danish international’s representatives the green light to find him a new club ahead of the transfer window reopening.

The 28-year-old wants to secure a move to Serie A after seeing his minutes in north London reduced under Ange Postecoglou.

AC Milan, Juventus and Napoli have all expressed an interest in signing the midfielder, whose contract is set to expire in June 2025.

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg eyeing Tottenham exit

Hojbjerg has been heavily linked with a move away from Tottenham for some time after his influence on the squad has diminished over the past year.

Football Insider revealed last month he has become “unhappy” with his playing time under Postecoglou and wants to leave the club this summer.

The midfielder has slipped down the pecking order since the Australian’s arrival, with Pape Matar Sarr, Yves Bissouma and Rodrigo Bentancur all seemingly ahead of him.

Although he’s still managed to rack up 33 Premier League appearances this season, only seven of those outings have come as a starter.

The Dane hasn’t really done enough to persuade Postecoglou into handing him more opportunities, having won just 49 per cent of his duels and failed to record any goal contributions.

It seems increasingly likely he will leave North London this summer as the Tottenham boss looks to generate funds for his planned overhaul of the squad.

With Hojbjerg already out of favour and his contract set to expire in 2025, now could be the right time to cash in on him.
