Barkley tipped to shine at Leeds as 'loan-to-buy' deal mooted - pundit
Gabby Agbonlahor has tipped Ross Barkley to revive his stuttering career at Leeds United.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the ex-Aston Villa and England attacker suggested a loan-to-buy move would be a “good deal” for Leeds.
TEAMtalk report (November 10) the Whites, along with Barkley’s former side Everton and Newcastle United, are keen on a loan-to-buy transfer.
Chelsea are yet to make a decision on the 27-year-old as he has featured under Thomas Tuchel in recent weeks.
The 33-time England international has featured in eight games for the Blues this term, including four starts.
Barkley has already spent time on loan at Elland Road back in January 2013 under Neil Warnock in the Championship.

He made just five appearances in his first spell with the Yorkshire giants before returning to Everton.
Asked whether a return to Leeds could revive Barkley’s career, Agbonlahor told Football Insider correspondent Connor Whitley: “Yes, I don’t see why not.
“He’s a good player, he showed at Aston Villa in the first half of last season how good he can be.
“I don’t see a problem with that. Maybe that’s what Leeds need to look at it, some loan deals.
“A loan-to-buy would be a great deal.”
Barkley scored three times in 24 games across all competitions for Villa last season but found himself out of the side at the end of the campaign.
The Liverpool-born star has now played 230 times in the Premier League across his time with Everton, Chelsea and Villa.
