Kevin Campbell has claimed Liverpool defender Virgil van Dijk “seems to be a quick healer” after shock new footage emerged this week.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider correspondent Dylan Childs, the former Arsenal and Everton striker delivered his verdict after the 29-year-old posted a video on Twitter kicking a ball as he continues to recover from an ACL injury.
Van Dijk can be seen in the video doing some light juggling of a ball and short-range passing with a coach alongside gym work.

The Dutch international has been out of action since October with a cruciate ligament injury that normally sidelines players for nine to 12 months.
His manager Jurgen Klopp claimed Van Dijk was a “quick healer and a pain-coper” after his underwent surgery.
And Campbell has revealed he shares Klopp’s view after seeing the sensational video Van Dijk posted on social media.
“He seems to be a quick healer doesn’t he,” Campbell told Football Insider.
“He’s doing ball work, obviously not running around doing ball work but he’s doing technique work with the ball.
“I’m sure that fills a lot of Liverpool fans and Liverpool staff with joy.
“Seeing him coming back is massive now for the club and it’s great to see because you want the best players to be playing.
“He looks well as well, so maybe that tear has given him a forced rest and now he’s getting back to full fitness and I’m sure everyone will want to see him back.”
Van Dijk had been an ever-present in the Premier League before he was forced off after 11 minutes at Goodison Park.
Despite Klopp being without his talismanic centre-back, Liverpool have not conceded more than once in the Premier League in his absence.
