Kevin Campbell claimed Real Madrid and Barcelona will be looking to sign Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish after his performance against Arsenal.

The former Gunners and Everton striker, speaking exclusively to Football Insider correspondent Dylan Childs, hailed the “fantastic” 25-year-old who “bullied” Hector Bellerin last weekend.

Grealish produced an eye-catching display at the Emirates on Sunday as Dean Smith’s side beat Arsenal 3-0 thanks to a brace from Ollie Watkins and an own-goal from Bukayo Saka.

His seven Premier League appearances this season have yielded four goals and five assists and earned him his second call up to the England squad.

Campbell is adamant that Grealish is capable of playing in a top-six Premier League side.

“On that performance the other night I think Real Madrid and Barcelona will be looking at him,” he told Football Insider.

“Arsenal made him look fantastic but I am not taking anything away from Jack Grealish because he is a superb player.

“He has been the form guy for Aston Villa and it was virtually a one-man show last season.

“He kept them in the Premier League but Arsenal offered no real resistance the other night. They allowed him to do what he wanted. He bullied Bellerin.

“He did not do himself a bad turn. If Arsenal are looking to sign a player of Jack Grealish’s ilk, he did not do himself any harm.

“There was speculation about Manchester United last summer and I am sure he could play for any of the top six.”
