Jude Bellingham's future will not be influenced by his strong relationship with Liverpool stars Trent Alexander-Arnold and Jordan Henderson.

That is the view of former Spurs and England number one Paul Robinson, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about the 19-year-old's future.

Bellingham has been one of the star performers at the Qatar World Cup with England.

His impressive displays are not the only thing that have got fans talking though.

The centre-midfielder's close relationship with England teammates Alexander-Arnold and Henderson has not gone unnoticed.

On England's Twitter (4 December), Bellingham, Henderson and Alexander-Arnold were pictured together after the 3-0 win over Senegal.

Sources from the England camp have also told Football Insider that the Liverpool duo are regularly telling Bellingham he needs to sign for their club next year.

When asked by Football Insider if the picture suggested Liverpool are ahead in the race to sign Bellingham, Robinson said: "It means nothing.

"The England squad are all very tight-knit. You can see that. The players are all together. The team spirit is excellent.

"I'm sure Bellingham has a great relationship with a number of the England players. You cannot read too much into a picture on social media. It is not as simple as putting two and two together.

"I do think we will see Bellingham come to the Premier League though. I think that is the next phase in his career. He is the complete midfielder at 19. It is incredible to think he's already this good.

"I'm sure Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain will be in the race as well but as an Englishman I'm sure he would want to play at the top of the Premier League."
