Pundit suggests real reason for Marcus Rashford transformation after expert's Man United reveal
Marcus Rashford’s improved Man United form is all down to Erik ten Hag.
That’s according to former Leeds United stopper Paddy Kenny, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about the attacker’s importance to the Red Devils.
Rashford, 24, has not played since his two-goal appearance in the 3-1 win over Arsenal earlier this month (4 September).
The attacker explained via Twitter on 5 September that a hamstring injury meant he was unavailable for England selection.
On 19 September, medical expert and Football Insider pundit Ben Dinnery told this site that Rashford could return for Man United’s next game, against Man City on 2 October.
Kenny has been blown away by the striker’s form this season.

“If you told me three months ago where he is now, I wouldn’t believe you,” Kenny told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“He has had some turnaround. Sometimes you just don’t know. You wonder if his head had a bit of a wobble with all the expectations of a couple of years ago.
“I’m sure he would hold his own hands up and say he has not been good enough for the last year or so. He might not have had the right managers.
“Now, all of a sudden, he has a manager who puts his arm around him and has faith in him. It’s a good game for him to be back for.
“Rashford is a real handful when it’s his day. Play him through the middle. To get moved about all the time must be quite confusing.
“For Rashford, stick him down the middle and he has proved himself this season.”
Rashford has scored three goals and provided two assists in six Premier League outings this season.
Last term he scored four goals in 25 top flight appearances.
