Rangers fans react as Celtic edge towards completing attacker swoop

Celtic are set to land Chelsea attacker Charly Musonda on an 18-month loan deal – and Rangers fans find it absolutely hilarious.
The 21-year-old Belgian arrived in Glasgow on Moday morning to undergo a medical and put the final touches to his loan move after the Hoops reportedly beat off “24 clubs” to sign him, according to Brendan Rodgers, as quoted by Radio Clyde’s Ronnie Charters.

Musonda could make his debut for the Scottish champions in Tuesday night’s Scottish Premiership clash with Hearts if a deal can be finalised in time.
The Belgian is expected to become Celtic’s third signing of the January transfer window after Marvin Compper and Lewis Morgan.
Fans of Celtic’s bitter rivals Rangers found Rodgers’ claim they had beaten off 24 clubs hilarious with one fan joking they had also beaten “24 Blue Ribands” to the midfielder’s signature.
Here are some of their comments on Twitter:

Musonda looks likely to be the creative spark of Rodgers’ side, which the Hoops have been missing since Tom Rogic and Patrick Roberts have been sidelined through injury.
The Belgian has featured for the Chelsea first-team this season, and was an unused sub for Chelsea’s 3-0 win over Newcastle on Sunday.
Musonda will be some good news for fans following the injuries suffered by Craig Gordon and Leigh Griffiths during the Hoops’ 1-0 win over Hibernian on Saturday.
