Rangers fans are delighted after Todd Cantwell finally looks set to leave the club following a reported agreement with Championship side Blackburn Rovers.

Football Insider revealed (August 28) that Blackburn Rovers are in advanced talks over a deal to sign Todd Cantwell from Rangers.

The attacking midfielder has been banished to Rangers' reserves after falling out of favour with manager Philippe Clement.

Football Insider also revealed (August 27) that Cantwell is one of five stars who have been told to find another club before the end of the transfer window on August 30th.

The Glasgow giants are in a difficult financial situation this summer, with the club having to sell players to provide the funds for any potential purchases following their elimination from the Champions League.
