Managerless Rangers slumped to their second defeat in a row after falling to a 2-1 defeat to Dundee at Dens Park on Friday night.

Mark O’Hara scored a brace off the back of some very lapse defending from the Light Blues which will no doubt force more pressure on the Ibrox board to bring to a conclusion their search to find a new permanent manager.

Rangers pretty much dominated the first-half with Neil McCann’s side rarely getting forward, but failed to make the most out of some good opportunities.

Alfredo Morelos and Daniel Candeias both had great chances to put the Glaswegians ahead, but the side-netting and the goalkeeper would deny them both.

Dundee came into the game in the second period and were rewarded when Mark O’Hara made the most of a lapse in defence to blast the ball past Wes Foderingham in the 68th minute.

That goal sparked the Gers into life and Windass went on to fire a stunning strike past the Dee’s goalkeeper to level the scores just four minutes after going behind.

However the introduction of ex-Ibrox midfielder Scott Allan changed the outlook of the game as he played in O’Hara to restore the home side’s advantage with 10 minutes to go.
