Rangers told to appoint Sean Dyche after Ibrox source's Giovanni van Bronckhorst reveal - Robinson
Paul Robinson has told Rangers to look no further than Sean Dyche if they choose to part company with Giovanni van Bronckhorst.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the 41-time England international said his ex-Burnley boss Dyche, 51, “would be an excellent appointment” at Ibrox.
Van Bronckhorst is under pressure following a 2-1 loss to St. Johnstone on Sunday (6 November).
The Gers recovered by beating Hearts 1-0 on Wednesday night but remain seven points adrift of league leaders Celtic.
Sources told Football Insider on 8 November that Van Bronckhorst will remain in charge of the club this week.
However, his position will be under review during the World Cup.

Dyche has been out of work since leaving Burnley in April.
When asked by Football Insider if Dyche should be under consideration if Van Bronckhorst departs, Robinson said: “If Van Bronckhorst was to go Dyche would be an excellent appointment.
“Whoever gets Sean Dyche next will be getting a brilliant manager.
“He is unfairly tarnished with a style of play. He played that way because of the players and the budget that he had. He is more than capable of playing an attractive brand of football with a bigger budget with better players. A lot of what was done at Burnley was down to the personnel at his disposal.
“Man-management if one of his best attributes. Sean will be desperate to prove himself at the next club he goes to.”
