Rangers tipped to accept £10m Patterson offer - pundit
Gabby Agbonlahor has suggested Nathan Patterson may be keen to swap Rangers for Everton.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the ex-Aston Villa and England attacker claimed Rangers may be open to selling at the reported £10million fee.
The Sun reported on September 12 Everton have a free run at trying to sign Patterson after their local rivals Liverpool pulled out of the race for his signature.
It is claimed Everton are willing to pay the £10million-plus price tag that Rangers have slapped on the 19-year-old.
It comes after the Goodison outfit failed in a late bid over the summer transfer window.
Steven Gerrard, via the Glasgow Times, branded their opening offer of £5million as a “joke”.

However, since then, Patterson has featured just once for Rangers due to quarantine issues and the form of James Tavernier.
The Gers captain has missed just one Scottish Premiership game and already has four assists in nine games across all competitions.
Asked whether Rangers would be tempted to sell if a £10million offer was forthcoming for a fringe player, Agbonlahor told Football Insider correspondent Connor Whitley: “Yes, they would be.
“With Tavernier there, you are not going to get the game time.
“Sometimes it is best to move on and go somewhere where you can get that regular playing time.”
Patterson has scored twice in 18 appearances across all competitions for Rangers and is under contract until the summer of 2024.
The teenager was part of the Scotland squad at this summer’s European Championship and has three caps to his name.
