Rangers told to sign Ryan Kent replacement after talks update - expert
Alan Hutton has urged Rangers to sign a replacement for Ryan Kent this summer.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Gers defender insisted Michael Beale will want to put his own stamp on the side even though he has reinforcements.
Kent is out of contract at the end of the season and could leave the club for free.
He is yet to sign a new deal in Glasgow but Football Insider revealed that the Gers are hopeful of agreeing a new contract with Kent amid interest from Burnley.
Beale does have several attacking options to choose from already in his squad including recent arrivals Tom Lawrence, who is out until the end of the season with an injury, and Rabbi Matondo who has dropped down the pecking order.
The Gers also signed Todd Cantwell in January who can fill a similar role to Kent.

When asked if Rangers need to bring in a replacement for Kent, Hutton told Football Insider: “Of course they will.
“Beale will be looking at his squad at this moment in time, Lawrence is still to come back, Matondo we have seen what he is capable of, [Fashion] Sakala is still there, Cantwell as well.
“There is options but if you lose the number one player, your go-to guy, Beale will want to bring somebody in.
“That has been a factor since he walked through the door, he will want to put his own stamp on the team.
“I am sure if Kent does leave he will want to bring in reinforcements.“
