Rangers supporters have already accepted defeat against Aberdeen following new injury blows to Mikey Moore and Tuur Rommens.

Both were available for the Gers' previous win over St Mirren, with the latter even scoring the only goal of the game on Sunday, 15 March, but Danny Rohl may now be without either.

The manager revealed that the left-sided duo have "small problems" ahead of their clash at Ibrox on Saturday, 21 March, with supporters believing that this could be the difference between winning and losing.

Rangers' injury issues have not been season-defining, with the lack of consistency being their real enemy in the Scottish Premiership title race, but they could certainly have an impact at the end of the campaign.

Mikey Moore and Tuur Rommens could be unavailable

It is unclear whether the duo will be part of the matchday squad, with the same situation emerging with Mohamed Diomande, who returned to training after missing the game against St Mirren.

The overall feeling, however, is that Moore and Rommens are likely to be missing, with one supporter labelling the news as a "massive blow" for Rohl and his team.

Without the duo, another supporter believes that the team has "lost every bit of creativity this team has," and that is a huge concern ahead of facing Aberdeen, who often cause the club issues.

  • @Rangers_View: "Of course, Rommens and Moore have injury issues. Honestly. What a club."
  • @DoesFilm: "If Moore and Rommens are out, we will drop points tomorrow. As simple as that."
  • @RFC187255_v2: "Delete this tweet, or I will contact the police."

Mohamed Diomande's injury situation baffles at Rangers

The news surrounding Diomande does not appear to be attracting attention, but it certainly should be.

After missing the game against St Mirren, it was reported that the talented midfielder may have dislocated his shoulder, which may require surgery and rule him out for the season.

That does not appear to be true, though, with the player returning to first-team training just a few days later, sparking questions over the rumours emerging from Ibrox.

Keith Wyness told Football Insider that Martin O'Neill and Celtic can sneak the league title, and a defeat to Aberdeen would almost certainly rule the Gers out of contention.
