Rashford told to quit Man United this month after 'ridiculous' development - pundit
Frank McAvennie has suggested a loan move away from Man United could be what Marcus Rashford needs to find his best form.
However, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former West Ham hitman admitted there is no chance of the attacker leaving his boyhood club.
Rashford, 24, has scored three goals in 15 total outings this season.
His recent performances have been criticised and on 8 January he took to Twitter and admitted he is disappointed with his own efforts.
McAvennie praised Rashford for trying to improve the mood at Old Trafford and insisted any other player would benefit from a loan move.
“Nothing is falling for Rashford at the moment,” McAvennie told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.

“As a striker, I look at him and see a guy who just isn’t getting it right.
“He is making basic mistakes. His touches are too heavy or he doesn’t pass it at the right time.
“His confidence is so low, I never saw that coming, it’s ridiculous. He’s the one everyone at Man United looks to as well, he’s a hero there.
“We all saw the statement he put out last week, he’s trying to revitalise the club and the fanbase. You can tell all of this is such a blow for him.
“That’s going be very hard to do considering where the club is at right now.
“I would suggest he moves away from Man United to get a bit of confidence but that’s not going to happen.
“His form will come back, we know he’s a talent. He will find that form again.”
Rashford has scored 91 goals in 288 appearances for Man United.
He has also provided 59 assists.
