Sheffield United have moved quickly to agree a deal with Brighton for Norwood and he is expected to tie up his move to Bramall Lane on Monday.
Norwood is well down the pecking order at Brighton and he spent last season on loan at Fulham, helping them win promotion to the Premier League.
