Mauricio Pochettino named a strong line-up for the FA Cup quarter-final clash against League One side Millwall, which included the star striker leading the line.
They will be fearing the worst on Kane’s injury and some Spurs fans have even suggested their season hinges on the extent of the knock.

Spurs will be hoping they can progress to the FA Cup semi-finals without their talisman and still have a star studded line-up.
Kane’s injury blow has fans fearing for the rest of the season as he has been pivotal to their success so far.
The England international had managed 24 goals in just 28 games before the Millwall clash and is vying for the golden boot in the Premier League.
Spurs are still competing to win a trophy in the FA Cup and are in a close race for a top four spot.
The north London club are currently second in the league table, but fifth-placed Arsenal are just six points behind them and have a game in hand.
Pochettino decided to turn to attacker Christian Eriksen when Kane was forced off, suggesting he doesn’t have great confidence in striker Vincent Janssen.
In other Tottenham news, the club’s supporters have urged Pochettino to splash the cash on an emerging talent.
