Arsenal supporters are in absolute bits after learning of Tottenham's new letter to the PGMOL about recent refereeing errors.

The Gunners currently sit atop the Premier League table, five points clear of Man City with nine games remaining, while their bitter rivals are just four points above the relegation zone.

Even under new manager Igor Tudor, there is a very real chance that Spurs are playing Championship football next season, with West Ham, Nottingham Forest and Leeds United all showing a fighting spirit.

Former Spurs scout Mick Brown told Football Insider that Tudor is already in "big trouble" at Spurs.

Meanwhile, Arsenal could also win the Champions League, with a quadruple of trophies there for the taking this season, all with the joy of watching their biggest rivals fall by the wayside.

Arsenal supporters are in bits at Tottenham's PGMOL letter

The Lilywhites have now written to the PGMOL about inconsistent refereeing decisions in the Premier League, especially when it comes to decisions inside the penalty area, as per BBC Sport.

Arsenal fans are now accusing the club of "crying about refs" despite their incredibly poor run of results in the league, with others wishing relegation upon Tudor's side.

Another supporter called out Spurs as a "pathetic institution," while others just couldn't stop themselves from laughing at the update coming out of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

How have Tottenham supporters reacted to the news?

Unsurprisingly, the reaction from across North London is a very positive one, with one supporter writing about the "absolutely baffling" inconsistencies across Premier League games.

They certainly have a point. Just one game after Randal Kolo Muani's goal against Arsenal was ruled out, Harry Wilson's goal was allowed to stand despite a clear push on Radu Dragusin.

It is unclear exactly what the club and its supporters are expecting from the complaints to the PGMOL, but those at the stadium have been waiting for action to be taken against the referees.

Many will argue that the Lilywhites might be further up the Premier League table without these errors. There is certainly a case there.
