Tottenham have confirmed that young midfielder Will Miller has left the club for Championship club Burton – but Spurs fans are disappointed it’s not a new permanent signing announcement.
With the summer transfer window entering it’s eleventh hour fans of the north London club are keen to see both Fernando Llorente and Andre Gomes unveiled in a Tottenham shirt.
However, the club have attended to other matters and the official Tottenham Twitter account announced that youth graduate Miller would be leaving north London permanently at the age of 21.

The timing of the announcement meant that fans on social media gave a mixed reaction and while some wished the young midfielder well, others shared their disappointment that it wasn’t a new signing being unveiled.

Miller has previously spent a loan spell at Burton, where he played 16 times in total for Midlands club, returning one goal in the 2016-17 season.
He will be hoping for similar first team action this season as he looks to develop his professional career.
The youngster never made an appearance for the Tottenham first team, but the Hackney-born player had been a part of the club since 2012.
In other Tottenham transfer news, a London club are ready to hijack Spurs’ move for this player.
