Real Madrid ace Alvaro Morata could be top of Liverpool’s wishlist in the summer because they don’t have a consistent leader of the line, according to a report.
A Sky Sports report detailed how and where the 24-year-old striker would fit into the Premier League if he were to make a switch in the summer.
It is said, realistically, four of the top six Premier League club’s could be looking for a first-choice striker this summer, with the Spaniard likely to be on top of many wish lists, including Liverpool’s.
For the majority of the campaign, Roberto Firmino has played a false nine role for Jurgen Klopp’s side, with Divock Origi failing to impress and Daniel Sturridge consistently injured.
This could result in Klopp using the summer transfer window to bulk up and make changes for his forward line as he aims to secure a Premier League title.
