Aston Villa have registered their interest in Juventus star winger Samuel Iling-Junior, sources have told Football Insider.

The 20-year-old is also a top target for Tottenham heading into the January transfer window and it is believed that Ange Postecoglou's side have been in contact over a potential deal.

Aston Villa

Now Villa have also asked for information on the Chelsea academy graduate ahead of the January window.

It is believed Iling-Junior is keen on a move next year and could leave Juve as early as the new year.

A well-placed source has told Football Insider that a bid of around £17million is likely to be accepted by the Serie A giants.

Iling-Junior has made six league appearances so far this season, totalling 129 minutes of action - but is yet to start for Juve in the 2023-24 campaign.

The London-born ace left Chelsea for Turin in 2020 and has racked up 24 senior games for the Old Lady, notching one goal and three assists.

Left-footer Iling Junior made his England Under-21 debut in September and has gone on to make three appearances for the Young Lions.

Football Insider revealed earlier this month (12 December) that Aston Villa are keen to add two attacking players in the upcoming January transfer window.

Tottenham

Spurs are also keen to add new faces in attack amid several key injuries in Postecoglou's squad.

Villa sit second in the Premier League following their 1-1 draw against Sheffield United on Friday (22 December), while Tottenham have the chance to move into the top four when they play Everton on Saturday (23 December).
