Sources: Blackpool set sights on signing Forest Green ace Adams
Blackpool are among multiple Championship clubs chasing Forest Green Rovers midfielder Ebou Adams this month, Football Insider understands.
Blackpool are keen to bring in a new central midfielder during this month’s transfer window and they have made enquiries about the 25-year-old.
A recruitment source has told Football Insider that several other clubs are weighing up moves for former Norwich City youngster Adams.
The all-action midfielder has entered the final six months of his contract at Forest Green.
Forest Green are determined to keep hold of Adams, who is currently away at the African Cup of Nations with Gambia.
Before heading to AFCON, Adams had made 21 appearances for League Two leaders Rovers.

He moved to the New Lawn Stadium in 2019 after one season with Ebbsfleet United in the National League.
That move came after loan spells at Braintree, Shrewsbury and Leyton Orient while he was at Norwich.
To date, Adams has made 101 appearances for Forest Green and has chipped in with nine goals and 11 assists.
The midfielder played the full game as Gambia won their first-ever game at AFCON.
An Ablie Jallow goal secured a 1-0 win against Mauritania.
Blackpool are looking to push for the Championship play-off places following a strong first half of the season.
As its stands, they are 12th in the league but only six points off sixth place.
