Sources: Coventry City in advanced talks to sign former Wolves winger Enobakhare
Coventry City are in advanced talks to sign former Wolves winger Bright Enobakhare, Football Insider can exclusively reveal.
The 23-year-old is a free agent after a spell in India playing with Bengal City.
A Coventry source has told Football Insider that the club are close to reaching an agreement with Enobakhare for the second time.
He had a spell at the Championship club in 2018-19, scoring six goals in 18 matches.
The maverick winger’s dazzling displays earned him a reputation as a cult hero amongst the Coventry City faithful.
He was on loan from Wolves after he spent the previous campaign helping them to promotion to the Premier League.

Enobakhare featured in 21 league games that season as Nuno Espirito Santo’s side won the title.
However, he never represented the club in the Premier League.
The Nigeria Under-23 international ended his time at Wolves with 49 appearances that yielded three goals and one assist.
Instead, he spent the 2019-20 season on loan with Wigan Athletic in the Championship but played just three games.
After he was released by Wolves last summer he joined AEK Athens on a three-year deal.
He scored on his debut last September but his contract was cancelled by mutual consent less than two weeks later.
The winger then joined Robbie Fowler’s East Bengal in January and ended his spell with three goals and one assist in 12 appearances.
