Sources: Crystal Palace offer Jeffrey Schlupp new contract
Crystal Palace have offered Jeffrey Schlupp a new deal to keep him at the club, Football Insider understands.
The 29-year-old has established himself as a key player in the Palace side since joining from Leicester City in January 2017.
A Palace source has told Football Insider that talks are underway with versatile left-footer Schlupp over an extension.
His current deal expires in the summer of 2023.
Palace are keen to tie down a number of their first-team stars to new contracts.
They confirmed on Wednesday (7 June) that they had extended the contracts of Jordan Ayew, Nathaniel Clyne, James McArthur and James Tomkins until the summer of 2023.

Schlupp played 32 times in the Premier League during the 2021-22 season, including 20 starts.
He also started the 2-0 loss to Chelsea in the FA Cup semi-final in April.
The Ghana international maintained his status as a key player under new manager Patrick Vieira as Crystal Palace finished 12th in the Premier League.
Crystal Palace signed Schlupp for £13million under Sam Allardyce back at the beginning of 2017.
He was part of the Leicester side that won the Premier League title in the 2015-16 season.
He has now played 162 times across all competitions for Palace, scoring 14 goals and providing 13 assists in the process.
At Leicester, he featured in 150 games across all competitions, finding the net 15 times and contributing 10 assists.
