Everton are ready to accept offers for winger Demarai Gray this summer, sources have told Football Insider.

And Everton are now ready to listen to offers for Gray as they look to boost their transfer kitty amid a backdrop of financial concerns.

The former Leicester City star has less than 12 months remaining on his contract, and talks with the Merseysiders about a renewal are yet to progress.

Everton have the option to extend his deal until June 2025 – but prefer to tie the 27-year-old down to a longer-term deal if possible.

Gray could now depart Goodison Park for a big profit just two years after arriving for a reported £1.7million from Bayer Leverkusen.

He notched six goals and one assist in 36 appearances across all competitions in the 2022-23 campaign as Everton only narrowly avoided relegation with a victory over Bournemouth on the final day of the season.

Toffees boss Sean Dyche is believed to be keen to raise transfer funds after receiving limited backing from the club's owners since taking over in January.

Football Insider revealed on Tuesday (25 July) that Everton are leading the race to sign Leeds United starlet Wilfried Gnonto.

Meanwhile, the Merseysiders are expected to bolster their front line with Ellis Simms already departing - and 2022 signing Neal Maupay widely expected to depart.

Arnaut Danjuma and Ashley Young have already arrived at Goodison Park since the start of the summer window.
