Sources: Inter Milan make move for Chelsea star Trevoh Chalobah
Inter Milan have made a move to sign Trevoh Chalobah from Chelsea this summer, sources have told Football Insider.
The Italian club have contacted the Londoners to register their interest in a potential deal for the defender and Chalobah is believed to be keen to hold talks if permitted by his club.
Inter have been interested in a move for Chalobah all season and made enquiries over his availability in January as they were keen on a deal back then.
The Serie A big guns have now approached the London club about a deal again in the main transfer window.
Chelsea are yet to make a decision over the 23-year-old’s future but his current contract at Stamford Bridge runs until 2028 after he signed an extension last November.
Football Insider has also learned that Brighton could be interested in including Chalobah in a potential swap deal for Moises Caicedo, who has been attracting massive interest ahead of the upcoming window.

Football Insider has previously revealed the Blues’ interest in the Seagulls midfielder who has also been the subject of interest from Arsenal.
It is believed Roberto de Zerbi’s side could be keen for a potential swap deal that would see Caicedo move to Stamford Bridge with Chalobah making the move to the Amex.
Chalobah has made 35 appearances for the Blues across all competitions this season.
The central defender made 25 Premier League appearances and was in the starting lineup for 18 of those.
