Daniel Levy will be "all over" Paris Saint-Germain this summer as they line up multiple Tottenham raids, Football Insider has learned.

The French big hitters are set for another round of big spending in a market that is expected to see transfer fees crash as clubs grapple with the effects of the pandemic.

A Tottenham source has told Football Insider that chairman Levy sees PSG as one of the fee clubs with the cash and clout to lure players from north London.

A potential Spurs rebuild depends upon the club offloading some first teamers for sizeable fees.

Former manager Mauricio Pochettino is now in charge of PSG and is set to target some of his old players in the next window.

A January move by the French champions for Dele Alli was blocked by Levy, who felt the player could still come good in the second half of the season.

That has failed to yet materialise, but Tottenham are unlikely to stand in Alli's way in the summer after another wretched season for him.

The Ligue 1 leaders have also been linked with re-signing Serge Aurier and are also one of the few clubs in the world who could afford Tottenham's two prize assets Harry Kane and Son Heung-Min.

Levy will look to take advantage of PSG's wealth if, as seems likely, they spend big again this summer.

Amid a financial collapse in French football, the Qatari-backed club are the only club who won't have to cash in on their top stars.

Tottenham have been badly hit by the pandemic and Levy has warned of a £150m "irrecoverable" deficit from the absence of matchday fans this season.
