Norwich City are chasing Everton forward Josh King on a free transfer, Football Insider can exclusively reveal.
The Premier League new boys are looking to add experienced, proven top-flight performers to their squad for next season.
A recruitment source has told Football Insider that King, 29, has emerged on their radar ahead of his contract expiring this summer.
The versatile attacker is only on a short-term deal at Everton until the end of the season after joining from Bournemouth on deadline day for a fee in the region of £2million.
He is also wanted by Turkish giants Galatasaray and Fenerbahce.
This site revealed last month that Galatasaray have opened talks with the Norway international over signing him on a long-term contract.
It comes as Carlo Ancelotti plans to let King go at the end of the 2020-21 campaign rather than look to extend his deal.
King has found game time difficult to come by since arriving to Goodison Park in February and his 11 Premier League appearances have all come from the bench.
He was absent from the squad that suffered a shock loss against Sheffield United on Sunday with a small injury problem.
Everton would then need to pay Bournemouth an additional fee if they were to take up their option to sign King on a long-term deal.
However, that appears highly unlikely with Ancelotti instead looking to pursue other forwards in the summer transfer window.
